1971 Chevrolet El Camino Dennis & Dorothy Warring

The "Black Demon" has a 383 stroker engine with a lumpy cam, 10 to 1 compression ratio, Edlebrock heads and carb, Headman headers all hooked up to a 700r4 transmission controlled by a B&M shifter to 3.70 rear end. All this is stuck to the ground with a PST suspension and disc brake system, with max amounts of blood, sweat & tears. The dash is custom with Auto Meter gauges and all the wiring is a Painless (HA!) Wiring system. A HUGE shout out to my wife, Dorothy, my son, Dack, and my grandsons Daniel and Bradley for all their help - love ya.

I have owned this "Mother's Worry" since 1975. It has its fourth engine, fourth trans, third rear end and forth paint job. This last one was done by the brothers at The Hot Rod Ranch - bless them all. Thanks guys!
